I live outside the United States. Why can't I use Google Checkout to buy my wand? This is a Google Checkout error and they are working on fixing the problem. Please use Paypal until this problem is fixed. If you would like to be updated when Google Checkout can be used by non-US customers, please send us your e-mail.
I don't have a credit card and I would rather not purchase via the Internet. Is there another way to purchase a wand? Certainly! We also accept Cashier's Checks and Money Orders as payment. Please contact us with your wand selection, and we will reserve your wand for up to 10 days while waiting for your payment.
Are you going to be coming out with new wand designs and wood types in the near future? Yes! We are always planning and designing new wands and we currently have four models in the prototype stage. These wands will be part of our new upcoming collection and will includes wand display stands as well.
Can you make me a customized wand that I design myself? Certainly! Send us a sketch of the wand and a list of the materials you would like us to use. We will send you quote and time estimation on when it can be done. Payment will be due in advance.
